Specialization
You wouldn’t use a foot doctor for heart surgery and you shouldn’t use a residential single family home specialist to sell your resort property. My focus has always been on this niche of our market. I’ve sold thousands. Selling these properties requires a totally different set of tools and skills than the typical home sales with which most real estate agents are familiar. Effective internet marketing and long distance communication skills are essential because signs (if they are even allowed) and open houses don’t work when your prospective buyers live hundreds or thousands of miles away.
