The Strand formerly Breakers Boutique Overview

The Strand is an upscale oceanfront condo development on the north end of the downtown hotel section of Myrtle Beach. It has undergone a series of renovations and has been re-branded a couple of times. It was originally built as a hotel back in the late 80's then was up-fitted and sold as individual condos in 2004. It was then known as Breakers Boutique. In 2016, the building and most of the condos were given a face-lift and the name was changed to The Strand. There are 1BR, 2BR and 3BRs condos. All are configured as lock-outs (separate entrances so they can be used or rented as 1BR condos or 2BR or 3BR condos). Resort features include an oceanfront pool and hot tub as well as a small restaurant and bar. The Strand is located close to Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.
