South Hampton Overview

South Hampton is a 16-story oceanfront condo tower in Kingston Plantation, a 145-acre world-class resort located in the Arcadian section between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. It  was completed in 1987. There are large oceanfront and ocean view 2BR and 3BR floor plans as well as a few custom 4BR layouts. Most of the 3BR floor plans are lockouts with separate entrances so that each can be used as 3BR/3BA condo or a 2BR and an efficiency. All bedrooms as well as the living rooms provide ocean views. South Hampton shares an oceanfront pool with its neighbor, North Hampton. Kingston Plantation features include security gated entry, a half-mile of beach, 23 acres of freshwater lakes, mature trees and beautifully manicured grounds, a brand new Sport and Health club, tennis courts, 12 pools, a kids' water park, several restaurants and poolside bars and much more.
