Sand Dunes Resort Phase III Overview

Sand Dunes Phase III is part of a 10 acre oceanfront complex which contains 8 different condo towers and villa complexes as well as hotel accommodations and hotel amenities. It's located on the north end of the city of Myrtle Beach. The building itself is separate from the hotel facilities and is  known within Sand Dunes as The North Tower. The 20-story structure was completed in 2001 and is comprised of 3BR ocean view condos. Although it is not directly on the oceanfront, the views are excellent from most units. There are extensive amenities as well as several restaurants. Most of the amenities are only available to owners who are signed up for the onsite rental program and their guests. The parking deck is conveniently attached to the building. Sand Dunes is located in an area which is popular for visitors and locals. There are over 30 restaurants within walking distance.
