Ocean Reef is a popular condominium development on the north end of Myrtle Beach. Although it is operated as one resort, it was built in 3 phases. The center section, sold as the “North Tower”, was originally a hotel but the hundred plus units were converted to condos – all efficiencies and 1BRs - in 2005. The adjoining South Tower, added in 2002, contains 1, 2 and 3BR floor plans. The North Tower Phase II, containing 1, 2 and 4BR floor plans, was added in 2006. Amenities include numerous indoor and outdoor water attractions and children’s activities, an onsite restaurant and bar, a seasonal poolside Tiki Bar, a gift shop, meeting facilities and a tropically themed lobby.
