North Hampton Overview
North Hampton is an 18-story oceanfront condo tower in Kingston Plantation, a world-class 145-acre resort located in the Arcadian section between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The building was completed in 1987. The complex and unusual architectural design results in numerous 2BR and 3BR floor plans, some direct oceanfront and others with excellent ocean views. All have exceptionally deep balconies. A large section of the building, The Hampton Club, is set aside for permanent residents or true second home owners (no short-term rentals allowed). There is an indoor pool and an owner's lounge. North Hampton shares an oceanfront pool with its neighbor, the South Hampton. Kingston Plantation features include security gated entry, a half-mile of beach, 23 acres of freshwater lakes, mature trees and beautifully manicured grounds, a brand new Sport and Health club, tennis courts, 12 pools, a kids' water park, several restaurants and poolside bars and much more.
