Maisons sur Mer occupies a unique place in the history of oceanfront Myrtle Beach residences. This 24-story structure, built in 1975, was, and continues to be, one of most prestigious addresses on the Grand Strand. Although it works well as a vacation rental property, most of the owners are primary residents or second home owners. There is 24 hour security with a strong emphasis on privacy. Amenities include an oceanfront pool, tennis court, fitness center and an onsite restaurant. There is also a private club for residents. There are several different floor plans, mostly large 2BRs (over 1400 HSF) but there are a few custom floor plans as well.
