Magnolia Place Overview

Magnolia Place is a large condominium complex on the north end of the city of Myrtle Beach. Many of the residences in this popular development have golf course views. The first buildings were completed in 1995 and the last new condos were sold around 1998. There are just over 600 residences. Magnolia Place borders Myrtlewood golf course and is part of a larger group (including Magnolia Pointe and Magnolia North) which is sometimes referred to as Myrtlewood Villas. It was the first of the three to be built. Magnolia Place has efficiency, one bedroom, and two bedroom floor plans (Click on the “Floor Plans” tab on this page). Some of the buildings have elevators and some do not.  Also, some buildings are strictly for primary residents and long-term renters and do not allow short-term rentals (See site plan under the “Floor Plans” tab on this page for elevatored buildings and residential buildings). There are 5 outdoor pools in the development.

The condominiums at Magnolia Place are popular for a number of uses - primary residences, vacation rental properties, annual rental properties, and true second homes. The development is approximately a mile from the beach. It’s an easy drive and the north end of Myrtle Beach has a number of convenient public beach accesses. Some residents even take their golf carts. It’s also very close to Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row and the downtown Myrtle Beach Boardwalk area.
