Magnolia North Overview

Magnolia North is a large condominium complex on the north end of the city of Myrtle Beach. The first buildings were completed in 1999 and the last new condos were sold in 2005. Magnolia North borders Myrtlewood golf course and is part of a larger group (including Magnolia Pointe and Magnolia North) which is sometimes referred to as Myrtlewood Villas. It was the second of the three to be built. Magnolia North has one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom floor plans (Click on the “Floor Plans” tab on this page for floor plans and site plan). There are 4 outdoor pools in the development.

The condominiums at Magnolia North are popular for a number of uses  - primary residences, vacation rental properties, annual rental properties, and true second homes. The development is approximately a mile from the beach. It’s an easy drive and the north end of Myrtle Beach has a number of convenient public beach accesses. Some residents even take their golf carts. It’s also very close to Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row and the downtown Myrtle Beach Boardwalk area.
