Holiday Inn Pavilion

The Holiday Inn Pavilion is a 10-story oceanfront condo tower in the center of the downtown Myrtle Beach. It is one of the few condo complexes located directly on The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and is very close to the Skywheel. The building was originally a hotel but the suites (1BR and efficiencies) were converted to condos in 2006. There are multiple indoor and outdoor water features as well as a poolside bar and a fitness center.
