Emerald Cove I is one of several popular mid-sized oceanfront condo towers in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The 9-story structure was completed in 1998 and offers 3BR and 4BR floor plans. Owners and vacationers are fond of Emerald Cove I and these other similar buildings because of their relatively small sizes compared to most area oceanfront resorts - which are often huge and busy. The condos themselves, however, are exceptionally roomy and comfortable with large oceanfront balconies. Emerald Cove I has an oceanfront pool and hot tub.
