The Carolinian Beach Resort is a well-located oceanfront condo tower (north end of the Myrtle Beach downtown area) which was completed in late 2004. There are 1BR, 2BR and 3BR condos, all either direct oceanfront or with nice ocean views. Amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, outdoor kiddie pool, an indoor/outdoor lazy river (seasonally covered) and a fitness center.  The resort is close to Broadway at the Beach, The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. 2504B Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
