Breakers Resort Overview

The Breakers Resort, also known as the “Paradise Tower”, is an oceanfront 20-story condominium tower on the north end of the downtown section of Myrtle Beach. This was one of the first upscale condo towers built in the downtown area (completed in 2002). The entire Breakers Resort, which includes neighboring hotel buildings and amenities, stretches over 700 FT of coastline. Floor plans include efficiencies, 1BRs, 2BRs and 3BRs. Resort amenities include climate controlled corridors, elaborate indoor and outdoor water parks and several dining and cocktail options including a seasonal pool bar and a Starbucks Café.
