Bay Watch Resort is an oceanfront condominium development at the southern tip of the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Floor plans range from efficiencies to 3 BRs. The resort consists of three 19-story towers spanning over 600 FT of oceanfront and covering 4 acres. Phase I, the northernmost tower, was completed in 2001. Phase II, the southernmost tower, was completed in 2002. The center building (Phase III), which contains an impressive contemporary registration lobby, was completed in 2003.
