Atlantica Resort is centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, very close to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and the Skywheel. It is actually two buildings which were completed in three phases. The original Atlantica Resort is a free-standing building with 1BR and 2BR condos which was completed in 1998. Phase II, physically separated by several oceanfront lots from Atlantica, was completed in 1999. Phase III, which is attached to Phase II, was completed in 2005. These are still listed in MLS as 3 different developments.
