Happy Holidays from the Beach Pro Team! Here are a few updates on local happenings. The southern extension for Highway 31 was finally opened to traffic in November after a 2 year delay. The $99.7 million interstate - style road connects Hwy 31 from Hwy 544 to Hwy 707 near Murrells Inlet. The movie theater and mini-golf course at Broadway at the Beach were demolished to make room for coming stores and attractions – no announcements yet.The Breakers Resort check-in building was torn down to make room for a new 26 story Marriott Hotel which will be operated as part of Breakers Resort. Several oceanfront condo towers in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have been repainted over the...
